Fort Scott Chapter Meeting on December 7, 2019

The next meeting of the Fort Scott SAR Chapter is Saturday, December 7, 11:00 AM, at Nate’s Place, 750 S National in Fort Scott.  The program will be a review of a 2018 book on Impeachment – An American History.

Since December is a busy time of year, we plan to adjourn by 1:00 PM.

If you have not already done so, please RSVP so that we have enough places set for everyone.

SAR Membership Appreciation Medal

The next meeting of the Fort Scott Chapter of SAR (Sons of the American Revolution) will be Saturday, June 1, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Nate's Place (750 S National Ave) in Fort Scott, Kansas.

The Fort Scott Chapter meeting program will be on "Patriotic Symbols" with special emphasis on the Flag. With all the public controversy over some of our patriotic symbols, it seemed timely to review the background for them and see if there is any interest in featuring others, after we do a review of the flag.
